1. APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Beginning on the first loan anniversary date, your interest rate will be reduced by 0.50% annually, provided you have made each payment during the previous 12-month period on or before its due date. The new interest rate will apply beginning on the anniversary date each year. Your rate will never be less than 5.00% APR. If your loan does not qualify for a rate reduction one year, it could still qualify in subsequent years in which each payment is made on or before its due date. If your loan becomes delinquent by more than 60 days at any time, you will not be eligible for future rate reductions. Any rate reductions will result in fewer payments; the amount of your payment will remain the same.
